The AiR CiTY CHiCKS coaching staff is one of the best in Southwest Ohio. I personally have played with, played against, played for, coached against, coached with most of the coaches on our staff - I can attest to the fact that their passion for volleyball rivals my own and those of you who know me, know that I am passionate about volleyball! And, the AiR CiTY CHiCKS coaching staff wants to share a little bit of that volleyball passion with you and your daughters!

All of our coaches have PLAYED volleyball at some level - high school, college, club, adult club or adult leagues. Almost all of us have played high school volleyball - we were most improved players, most valuable players, offensive leaders, defensive leaders, career record holders, all-league, all-district, all-state, league champions, district champions, regional champions and state champions. 12 of our coaches have college volleyball playing experience, several were volleyball scholarship athletes, college MVP's, collegiate all-americans and all-conference players, and national cham-pionship qualifiers. Most of us have also played adult club volleyball within the USAV (or USVBA as it once was known). There are adult club volleyball regional and national champions, and college coaching honorees.

Our coaches have, combined, 175 years of volleyball COACHING experience! We have coached grade school, CYO, junior high, high school, all levels of club, and college volleyball.

We've mentored players who are just figuring things out and we've created state champions. We've been camp clinicians and program founders. Some of us were coaching when there were no liberos or rally scoring or overhand passing and some of us know of nothing else. But, what binds us together is our love for the sport and our desire to give something back, to help inspire another young athlete and pass on the passion for volleyball that motivates each of us!
